Responsibilities

Support United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley’s training and capacity-building efforts
Help coordinate, facilitate, and strengthen systems that ensure trainings are delivered with quality, consistency, and fidelity
Assist in creating and implementing infrastructure to coordinate UWGLV trainings
Co-facilitate sessions and provide administrative support
Represent UWGLV at community events and coalitions to build trust, awareness, and partnerships
Research best practices in facilitation, training, and capacity building
Support data collection and management processes to track participation, assess effectiveness, and inform continuous improvement

Required

High school diploma/GED
Minimum age of 18
Ability to coordinate, facilitate, and strengthen systems for training delivery
Experience in creating and implementing infrastructure for training coordination
Ability to co-facilitate training sessions
Administrative support experience
Ability to represent UWGLV at community events and coalitions
Research skills for best practices in facilitation, training, and capacity building
Data collection and management skills to track participation and assess effectiveness
Skills in disaster services, computers/technology, youth development, leadership, public speaking, writing/editing, first aid, communications, social services, conflict resolution, counseling, recruitment, non-profit management, public health, education, urban planning, community organization, teaching/tutoring
