Responsibilities

Lead the initiative of developing and delivering current and next generation equipment for our world-class delivery stations
Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our last mile delivery systems
Influence and work with senior leaders across multiple organizations and geographies
Manage large, complex initiatives, and advocate on behalf of the customer to develop the next generation of AMZL delivery station
Work on the medium and long term, incremental and radical innovation of process infrastructure, equipment and standards for launch and legacy delivery stations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any domain)

Preferred

Advanced degree in Engineering (any discipline), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty
Experience working with the designs of complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing
Experience with process design based on LEAN
Proficiency using business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
Proficiency with concepts like system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and drawing conclusions
Design-in-Safety experience
