Responsibilities

Lending Operations Support: Process Non-Purpose Loan requests, Fed Pledge activities, and collateral monitoring transactions in alignment with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Client & Internal Communication: Communicate with internal teams and, as proficiency increases, directly with clients via NetX 360, email, and phone to support loan-related inquiries and processes
System Processing: Work within LoanAdvance, NetX 360, and other supported systems to execute daily operational tasks and manage incoming work queues
Problem Solving & Escalation Handling: Identify issues, determine appropriate actions, and escalate items when necessary to ensure timely and accurate resolution
Operational Execution: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly processing activities while managing fluctuating volumes and competing priorities
Process Awareness & Accuracy: Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accountability when handling lending transactions and documentation
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore team members to support workload demands and ensure continuity of operations

Required

Experience in operations, financial services, banking, or service delivery environments
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and lending concepts
Reliable, accountable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking, calculations, and document conversion

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with margin lending or Regulation T concepts
Exposure to NetX 360, Nitro, or AI-enabled tools
Process improvement mindset and emerging leadership instincts
