Required

At least 4 years of software development, integration and testing experience in a Linux environment
Good working knowledge of C, C++, Python and shell scripts
Experience using development tools for source control, unit testing, issue tracking, and continuous integration, such as GitLab, GitHub, JIRA, etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor or Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Understanding of orbital dynamics and GNC concepts
Citizenship or lawful permanent resident required due to federal position

Preferred

Experience with FORTRAN programming language
Knowledge of spaceflight communication protocols, data handling, and testing architectures
Development experience with real-time software
Simulation development using the NASA Trick simulation environment
Avionics integration or environment simulation development
Development experience with the Core Flight Executive (cFE) and Core Flight System (cFS) framework
