Responsibilities
Lead the monthly billing cycle by preparing, editing, and finalizing proformas in collaboration with billing attorneys
Submit invoices via electronic billing platforms and resolve any submission errors or rejections promptly
Ensure all billing entries strictly adhere to specific client-outside counsel guidelines
Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely firm collections
Act as the primary point of contact for attorneys regarding billing inquiries and client-specific financial requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of billing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
Proven experience with electronic invoice submission platforms
Strong proficiency in billing software and the ability to navigate complex client billing portals
A proactive professional with superior time-management skills and the ability to meet strict monthly deadlines independently
Preferred
Elite 3E knowledge is strongly preferred
