Responsibilities

Independently perform O-Level maintenance on MV-22 aircraft systems, including:
Avionics, electrical, instrument, flight control, and fire control systems
Aircraft structures, landing gear, hydraulic systems, and aircraft/blade painting
Engines, APUs, fuel cells and fuel systems, propellers, drive systems, and dynamic components
Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS) and egress systems
Conduct troubleshooting, inspections, component replacement, servicing, and functional checks
Apply corrosion prevention and treatment procedures
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance documentation per NAMP 4790 (series)
Support aircraft launch, recovery, towing, and ground handling operations
Adhere to all safety, QA, and tool control requirements

MV-22 aircraft maintenanceCollateral Duty Inspector (CDI)NAVAIR publications knowledgeAircraft maintenance tools proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

Demonstrated hands-on maintenance, modification, and repair experience on MV-22 aircraft (2+ years)
Ability to work independently without direct technical supervision
Thorough knowledge of NAVAIR publications, IETMs, and common/peculiar support equipment
Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train and mentor junior personnel
Experience working with aircraft confined space, fuel cells, and tanks per NAVAIR 01-1A-35
Ability to obtain and maintain required Support Equipment licenses
U.S. Citizenship required
Active Secret Clearance required
