Responsibilities
Quote and sell insurance products
Advise/consult prospective customers on what is the best coverage
Offer expert advice on appropriate insurance coverage and options, ensuring prospects receive the best possible guidance based on their circumstances
Use multiple systems to run reports and verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insureds regarding their insurance and driving history
Explain coverage details and payment options to customers, ensuring they fully understand their policies
Conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads, identifying opportunities to convert them into satisfied customers
Assist existing customers with policy changes and other service needs when customer service is not available
Follow up on underwriting department requests to ensure compliance and improve policy retention
Attend sales meetings, seminars, and educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations, and maintain state licensing
Qualification
Required
Must have Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License
Must be a current licensed Producer
Must have Georgia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, & Missouri Resident license
Preferred
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
