Admin Executive Assistant / Customer Service
Confidential is a growing company expanding administrative support to company executive staff. The role involves interacting with clients, assisting in sales leads cultivation, managing customer databases, and handling administrative duties for the department.

Responsibilities
Responsible for interaction with existing and prospective clients selling and processing services related request
Assist in cultivation of sale leads under the guidance off the Sale Department and assist in achieving Sales Department goals and objectives
Maintain and manage the customer database electronical and manual
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for clients, sales presentations and meetings
Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure service delivery, as well as performing other tasks
Handle all administrative duties for department and maintain information so that it is easily retrieved
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Three (3) years of related work experience
Strong computer skills
Effective listening, and excellent verbal / written communication skills
Self-directed and motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent Customer Service interpersonal skills
