Responsibilities
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
Prepare CAM reconciliations and manage property-related expenses
Track and record lease income and tenant billings
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Support budgeting and variance analysis for properties
Help manage vendor relationships and coordinate invoices
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist with bank reconciliations and cash management
Provide accounting support for property management and brokerage operations
Support audits or tax preparations with relevant documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, specifically in commercial real estate
High school diploma
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Yardi, Outlook, and Word
Experience in the commercial real estate industry
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
