Responsibilities

Assess and produce workflow designs and with minimal guidance, facilitates meetings on new process adoption
Provides some system programming to arrive at current state and architecture future state product roadmap
Takes personal ownership of issues, ensures a high degree of accuracy with all deliverables, demonstrates excellent service recovery, and communicates with customers in a consistent manner
Develops and presents training documentation to support education of system enhancements, fixes, and new deployments
Show a thorough and creative approach to problem diagnosis and troubleshooting
Ensures effective integration of new or modified system/processes into the work environment
Engages in discussions related to the development of training content for users
Participates in the functional testing and assists with user acceptance testing
Provides support to customers during system implementations, upgrades, and day-to-day support issues
Conducts training and orientation for new and existing staff needing application support
Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and communicate results with Management
Develops operational reports in assigned systems with minimal guidance
Work closely with internal clinical and operational departments to maintain open line of communication and system optimization
Attends meetings with vendors and application engineers to identify, diagnose, and resolve recurring incidents
Oversee system updates, configuration changes, and installations of hardware and software, and diagnose technical problems to determine proper solutions
Performs other assigned duties and special projects on an as needed basis

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology
At least 3+ years of experience in the technical field or healthcare field
Strong written and communication skills
Strong initiative skills
Strong analytical and data management skills
Must be detail-oriented, possess high-level organization, communication and interpersonal skills, organization skills

Preferred

Management and Information Systems, or related field of study preferred
Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Above average level of knowledge preferred: Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish preferred)
