Identifying and researching qualified prospects in:
Finding the right decision-makers
Building your own lead lists
Understanding why Spade is relevant to each prospect
Run personalized outbound across:
Write your own messaging
Test angles, hooks, and positioning
Optimize for replies → meetings → revenue
Initially: book qualified sales calls
Over time: run those calls yourself
Learn how Spade positions, prices, and closes
Handle objections
Move deals forward and close them
You will be measured on:
Qualified meetings booked
Pipeline created
Deals closed
Revenue generated
Qualification
Required
Real outbound experience (not just inbound SDR work)
Comfortable with rejection and iteration
Can research, personalize, and sell without scripts
Confident running sales conversations
Understand social media, content, and internet culture
Thrive in early-stage, fast-moving environments
Want ownership + upside, not a boxed-in role
