Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing HR team to provide exceptional employee services and support

Collaborate with leadership to design and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies

Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, departments, and management to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant HR-related regulations

Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making
