They are seeking an Events Marketing Manager to lead the logistics for major industry conferences, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment of event goals with company growth targets.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end logistics for 5–10 major insurance industry conferences annually, including booth management, curated side-events, and high-impact executive dinners
Partner with internal designers to produce high-quality assets and ensure all booth materials and swag are shipped, set up, and returned seamlessly
Identify and secure premier venues for client reservations and executive dinners designed to drive brand visibility and lead generation
Identify, vet, and negotiate contracts with printers, caterers, swag providers, and local event partners to build a reliable operational foundation
Act as the primary bridge between Founding Sales, Designers, and the CEO, providing detailed budget reporting and ensuring event goals align with growth targets
Leverage AI tools and agents to streamline event copy, automate attendee outreach, and improve overall operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in event operations and logistics
Proven track record of managing physical booth setups at large-scale conferences
Strong contract negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex deliverables across multiple external partners and internal stakeholders
Clear and proactive communication with cross-functional partners, including leadership and design teams
Hyper-organized and detail-oriented
Ability to anticipate potential 'points of failure' and have a Plan B ready
Comfortable with a flexible workload (40–60 hours/month during event cycles)
Ability to drive projects forward independently in a remote environment
