Director, Strategic Accounts

Responsibilities

Own the customer relationship and ensure customer success
Document and manage key deliverables, timelines, and resources needed to ensure program success
Create necessary dashboards and reporting tools
Run executive quarterly business reviews, highlighting and promoting continuous process improvements between organizations
Act as an effective point of communication and escalation for customer partner issues, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve challenges
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key external stakeholders, serving as their advocate within Skylo

Required

10+ years of experience in large & complex customer account management
Proven success building and maintaining relationships at senior management/executive levels
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to confidently represent your point of view to senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams
Customer advocate and the ability to hold the customer accountable when needed
Experienced in program management tools and technologies (e.g., JIRA, CRM systems)
Ability to present and convey thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely
Build and run executive level slide presentations and meetings
Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities
