Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to analyze processes and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions
Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Force.com platform
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, workflows, and Flows
Build and manage Salesforce Communities
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and JavaScript
Create advanced custom reports and dashboards, including executive-level summaries
Manage user testing activities including test plans, test cases, and UAT support
Implement and troubleshoot third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Perform data imports and migrations using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system and integration issues
Follow Salesforce release management best practices across sandboxes and production
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, user guides, and training materials
Proactively identify system improvements and communicate changes to users
Mentor and train state development resources
Support migration from legacy systems into Salesforce
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
8–10 years of experience in Information Systems operations, including analysis, design, and development
5+ years of hands-on experience developing and administering Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
5+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
5+ years of experience with Aura Components
5+ years of experience with Apex
5+ years of experience with SOQL
5+ years of experience with JavaScript
5+ years of experience building and managing Salesforce Communities
5+ years of experience in SFDC design, configuration, customization, and coding
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and data migration/integration capabilities
Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, SFDC Outlook Connector, Jitterbit, MuleSoft
Experience handling REST and SOAP web service integrations
5+ years of experience working in SCRUM/Agile development environments
Strong experience building reports and dashboards using Salesforce reporting tools
Proven ability to propose, document, and implement full software development lifecycle solutions
Preferred
Salesforce Developer Certification
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience with Salesforce tools such as Flosum and OwnBackup
