Responsibilities

Manage test articles and samples — receiving, shipping, labeling, storing, transferring, tracking, disposal, and inventory reconciliation

Review shipping documents

Coordinate retrieval and return of study materials and documents

Maintain accurate client inventory records

Identify and communicate discrepancies

Support internal customer requests

Help maintain GLP-compliant storage environments

Participate in on-call rotation for storage-unit alarms

Perform other operational duties

Qualification

Associate's degreeCustomer service experienceComputer applicationsGLP complianceDocumentation skills

Required

Associate's degree (Life Sciences preferred)

Experience with internal/external customer service

Ability to use various computer applications and department-specific software

Excellent documentation skills
