Sr. Director - IT Operations

Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide IT operations with a focus on intelligent automation, AIOps, and proactive service reliability
Drive modernization of AMS and AD portfolios through data-driven investments and AI-augmented delivery models
Champion AI-powered digital assistants to transform support, productivity, and decision velocity
Align technology operations with business outcomes through innovation, resilience, and efficiency
Collaborate with IT, data science, and development teams to ensure seamless AI integration and functionality
Mentor and guide teams on AI operational best practices and procedures
Develop, enforce, and monitor MSP SLAs to ensure commitments are met
Utilize ITSM foundations to build and maintain operational excellence
Develop strategies to meet cost efficiencies and budget targets
Optimize operations to achieve synergy savings
Coordinate with key stakeholders across various domains
Oversee Major Incident Management (MIM) and ensure resilience in global service delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree with 10 years of relevant experience
Extensive experience in Oracle, SAP and Commercial Applications and large managed service provider set-ups
Extensive experience managing complex AI systems in a corporate environment
Proven experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
Deep understanding of AI applications and infrastructure requirements
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams
Excellent project management capabilities and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Extensive experience in establishing MSP (Managed services provider) performance measurements, calculating penalties and enforcing contract obligations
Build and refine operational processes, procedures, governance, and policies
