Responsibilities
Conduct 20–25 Zoom-based screening calls per day with inbound candidates (primarily RNs)
Assess key fit criteria including licensure, availability, and baseline qualifications
Deliver a clear, compelling overview of the opportunity and what to expect next
Schedule same-day or next-day interviews with Senior Recruiters
Collaborate closely with senior team members to refine messaging and improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or both)
Energized by high-output, high-ownership work
Communicate clearly and warmly, especially on Zoom
Thrive in an ever-changing environment and able to pivot quickly without time-loss
Love hitting your numbers and have a proven track record of consistency
Strong professional judgment and can identify red flags or alignment issues within the first several minutes of the interview
Ambitious to grow and hungry to learn
Thrive in a strong, team-centered environment
