Building Maintenance Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Process invoices, payment requests, purchase orders, and other financial documents using Coupa and OnBase
Assist with payroll tasks including attendance tracking, leave applications, and corrections
Assist with processing, purchasing and invoicing of capital projects
Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with external contractors as needed
Assist with onboarding processes and maintain training and compliance tracking records
Monitor and maintain office and departmental supplies through timely ordering. Monitoring expenses and optimize resource utilization
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Collaborate with hotel management to support overall operations and guest experience
Participate in Vail Resorts Best Practice Groups, Maintenance specific, property specific and market wide leadership team meetings, along with resort/company special events
Deliver the “Experience of a Lifetime” to our staff, guests, and homeowners
Adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations for Vail Resorts and lead a team to the same standards

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and workplace communication skills
Able to communicate effectively and professionally in English
