The Power Apps Developer designs, develops, and maintains business applications and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and contributing to platform standards and governance.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) solutions
Develop and manage workflows using Power Automate , including approvals and integrations
Design and implement data models using Dataverse , SharePoint, SQL, and other connectors
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs and connectors
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts
Provide application support and resolve production issues
Follow and contribute to Power Platform governance, security, and best practices
Mentor junior developers and review their work as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be a United States Citizen
Must possess and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance
2–5 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Strong understanding of Power Fx, expressions, and app logic
Hands-on experience with Dataverse data modeling and security roles
Experience integrating data from SharePoint, SQL, Excel, and REST APIs
Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) and environments
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated experience delivering production Power Platform solutions
Preferred
Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards
Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Azure AD)
Experience implementing Power Platform governance (DLP policies, environments)
Microsoft certification such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
