The role involves providing administrative and operational support, including logging and tracking filings and appeals, while ensuring accuracy and timely communication across internal business partners.

Log and track filings and appeals accurately and efficiently

Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail

Assist with administrative tasks to support the Corporate Law PM team

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal business partners

Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed

Maintain organized records and documentation

Required

0-1 year of call center experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various levels of the organization

Preferred

Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of related administrative experience

Experience communicating with internal business partners or cross-functional teams
