Senior Manager for Community & Creator Strategy

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end global strategy, roadmap, and execution of the brand’s premier loyalty program and drive its expansion across additional product categories
Define and manage the community CRM strategy, including member segmentation, personalized communications, and email lifecycles to ensure high retention and engagement
Lead the strategy for the dedicated community Discord, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-value environment for the brand’s most dedicated users
Design, budget, and execute high-impact member events (virtual and in-person Q&As, product betas, and exclusive content) that foster a sense of belonging and unique value
Report on program metrics, including advocacy scores, product feedback loops, content volume, and member lifetime value
Manage agency relationships and collaborate with internal advocacy and talent teams to execute program goals
Contribute to a unified, data-driven paid influencer and creator strategy across the client’s flagship hardware and software portfolio
Manage the full paid creator lifecycle, including talent identification, vetting, negotiation, contracting, brief creation, content review, and payment processing
Partner with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) across various business units to integrate creator programs into major product launches and evergreen feature campaigns
Ensure all creator activity adheres to the client’s legal, brand, and disclosure guidelines
Drive the editorial and community voice across Discord, email, and emerging platforms
Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize loyalty efforts and measure overall program effectiveness
Support regional marketing teams to ensure local execution remains consistent with the global community strategy
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Community Management, Creator/Influencer Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally within the technology or consumer electronics sector
Proven track record of designing and executing end-to-end global strategies for loyalty programs or high-touch community ecosystems
Deep, hands-on knowledge of Discord for community building and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or proprietary tools) for email marketing and segmentation
Extensive experience in talent identification, negotiation, and contracting, with a firm grasp of legal compliance and FTC disclosure guidelines
Experience managing budgets and logistics for both virtual and in-person events (e.g., Q&As, launch parties, or focus groups)
Ability to analyze complex datasets to report on KPIs such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Lifetime Value (LTV), and social sentiment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategy and performance to executive-level stakeholders
Experience working across different time zones and cultures, with an understanding of how to localize global strategies for regional markets
Proficient in social media platforms, including but not limited to Discord, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and TikTok
Preferred
Experience working within a global agency or a large, matrixed environment is highly preferred
