Watches & Jewelry Intern - Spring 2026

Louis Vuitton is seeking a motivated Watches & Jewelry Intern to join our team in New York City for Spring 2026. This role offers an opportunity to support the Watches & Jewelry merchandising team in various daily tasks, including assisting with retail store inquiries, product transfers, store communications, operational needs, and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

Initiate and monitor product transfers, ensuring compliance
Manage retail communications: Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Develop, update, and distribute retail-facing tools such as product launch documents, lookbooks, one-pagers, and assortment guides. Oversee the Watches & Jewelry messaging group and maintain an updated contact list
In collaboration with Client, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams, facilitate Core/Premium Caravan requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing offers, creating lookbooks, tracking product movement, and reviewing sales performance
Create and update dashboards as needed, sharing insights with the team and cross-functional partners, summarized in PowerPoint presentations when required
Utilize internal databases to generate various Excel-based and Power BI reports
In partnership with Supply Chain, analyze stock levels and propose rebalancing strategies to optimize sales opportunities
Conduct competitive analysis encompassing pricing, design, communications, events, and other activations within the luxury Watches & Jewelry market. This will involve desk/online research, phone inquiries, and in-person store visits. Provide actionable recommendations to the Watches & Jewelry teams based on findings

Qualification

ExcelPowerPointPower BIAnalytical skillsRetail understanding

Required

Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study
Strong retail understanding
Proficient in computer literacy, particularly with Excel, PowerPoint, and email
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to organize, evaluate, and interpret data
Able and willing to work at the assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
