In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing accounts and ensuring exceptional support and guidance on their insurance needs.

Responsibilities
Selling and Servicing Insurance
Serve as the main contact for an assigned book of business, providing ongoing support and guidance to clients
Manage policy changes, renewals, new business applications, and coverage inquiries
Assist customers with claims, documentation, and carrier communications
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional coverage based on client needs
Maintain accurate and detailed account records in CRM and carrier systems
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Build strong and trusting relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
Support monthly and quarterly business goals related to client retention and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, follow processes, and manage time effectively
Comfortable working with technology, CRMs, and insurance carrier platforms
Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented attitude
Preferred
Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license preferred; willingness to obtain a license if not already held
Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or account management is a plus
