Responsibilities
Maintain and support SharePoint Online-based applications and workflows to ensure optimal performance and user experience
In addition to SharePoint Online, contribute toward the success of the legal operations technology team
Learn to support additional legal technology solutions such as TyMetrix and Ironclad CLM platforms, document management and case management solutions
Deliver exceptional support for global users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication
Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and experience
At all times, adhere to established business processes and protocols
Qualification
Required
Proven experience administrating technology platforms in a global, corporate environment
Hands-on experience developing and modifying SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction within a global organization
Tech-savvy with proficiency in: ServiceNow, Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools
Familiarity with basic legal concepts and contract terminology
Interface with technology support teams (internal and external) in a timely, productive manner
Preferred
Experience in supporting Document Management and/or Case Management Solutions with varied requirements
Experience supporting Ironclad CLM or similar contract lifecycle management platforms
Experience supporting OneTrust or similar risk management and compliance tools
Background in the semiconductor industry
A can-do attitude and willingness to support projects and team members as needed
Experience supporting and adapting technology for a global legal organization
