Responsibilities

Process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain up-to-date records of billing transactions and adjustments
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment status
Support month-end closing activities related to billing
Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and efficiency

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in billing, accounting, or finance-related roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred

Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards
