Responsibilities
Proofread educational content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, punctuation and consistency
Input text from standards documents into in-house spreadsheets to support standards alignment projects
Use your sharp eye for detail to compare website text and PDFs side by side to ensure accuracy
Rapidly implement edits to ensure our content is of the highest quality
Qualification
Required
Excellent attention to detail is required
Must be proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Availability for up to 10 hours per week; possibly more depending on projects
Ability to work independently, meeting weekly deadlines
Passion for improving education through technology
Preferred
Prior proofreading/editing experience is preferred
Knowledge of HTML formatting is a plus
