Design scalable information architecture frameworks across brands and content ecosystems
Structure content for AI, LLMs, and conversational experiences
Connect insights from digital behavior, chat logs, and contact-center data
Define and map clear end-to-end customer journeys
Act as the unifying layer across concurrent CX, analytics, and content initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven Information Architecture background in Customer Experience strategy, UX, or Content Strategy
Familiarity with analytics tools, taxonomy management, or knowledge management platforms
Strong ability to translate customer intent into structured content systems
Experience designing content for AI, chat, or self-service platforms
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and systems thinking
Preferred
Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations
