Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership: Lead the end-to-end revenue cycle, ensuring all analysis and reporting comply with US GAAP and ASC 606
AI Transformation: Actively leverage AI tools to automate contract reviews, streamline billing templates, and perform advanced revenue variance analysis
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and FP&A to review complex agreements and provide insights on actual vs. forecasted revenue
Systems Management: Maintain revenue and billing schedules within NetSuite, ensuring seamless data flow from Salesforce and other upstream tools
Close & Audit: Own monthly revenue close processes, reconcile deferred revenue, and prepare audit-ready schedules and documentation
Process Improvement: Design and implement automated internal controls and workflows to increase efficiency in billing and revenue operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CPA track required
4+ years of experience in accounting, with 2+ years concentrated in SaaS or Technology revenue recognition
Strong working knowledge of ASC 606, NetSuite, and Excel; experience with Salesforce or FloQast is a plus
Demonstrated interest or experience in using AI tools to optimize accounting workflows
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations
US citizenship or permanent residency required
