Responsibilities
Filing and organizing
Answer phones and emails and take messages
Welcoming and directing visitors and vendors
Executing and filing donations
Vendor and Supplier contact as needed
Scanning and printing files
Maintaining front office
Managing office supplies
Communicating and implementing office policies
Supporting Managers and Department Heads
Supply/Product pick up as needed
Assisting in preparations for meetings and events
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Experience with Microsoft Office
Possess a valid California Driver's License and be insurable by the Tribe
Ability to make independent decisions
Skilled in communications and collaboration
Excellent Organizational Skills
Excellent computer skills, grammar, and professional communications
Versed in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other company software programs
Familiarity with printer/scanner/fax machines
Detail oriented
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience
Ability to maintain professional and positive attitude
Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner while in the presence of alcohol
Ability to interact with all types of people and personalities
Pre-employment Drug Testing and a Department of Justice Fingerprinting clearance through Federal, State and Child Abuse Index is a contingency for an offer of employment
Preferred
Prior experience in administrative or office setting is preferred
Prior experience working with or for a Tribal Entity is preferred
Interest and experience in craft beer and craft beer industry is preferred
