Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day engagement across HDLE/DLE digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Monitor comments, messages, and public inquiries; respond appropriately and escalate sensitive matters per agency protocols

Foster positive community relationships, trust-building, and transparency through digital channels

Track audience sentiment, engagement trends, and emerging issues

Support recruitment and outreach efforts, particularly targeting Gen Z and younger audiences

Provide engagement insights and feedback to inform content strategy and creation

Assist with analytics related to community growth, reach, sentiment, and engagement quality
