Responsibilities

Collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data across planograms, fixtures, items, stores, and labor
Building reports, dashboards, and project updates to support leaders’ decision‑making
Partnering with cross‑functional teams to align on project requirements and timelines
Supporting rollout execution and resolving issues during implementation phases
Contributing to test‑and‑learn initiatives—validating data, measuring performance, and shaping future deployment recommendations
Managing budgets, including invoice processing, accruals, and monthly tracking

Qualification

Data analysisExcel proficiencyProject managementBudget managementRetail experienceMulti-tasking abilityBachelor's degreeProblem-solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills (you enjoy digging into data to find meaning)
Proficiency with Excel and other analysis tools; experience with project management/reporting tools is a plus
The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
Clear, confident communication skills
Experience with finance or budget management
A bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in data or business analytics

Preferred

retail/merchandising experience preferred
