They are seeking a Print Fulfillment Specialist to manage the physical production of print outputs, ensuring quality control and timely completion of print jobs within their Sacramento facility.

Responsibilities
Operate printers, inserting machines, and pressure seal equipment
Ensure printed checks and documents meet set criteria for quality control
Manage printers and paper stock inventory
Complete scheduled duties as outlined within the daily production schedule
Maintain established timelines and communicate discrepancies that affect scheduled completion
Troubleshoot equipment and identify issues that require service
Qualification
Required
Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
Reliable individual who works well with others in a team environment
Must be able to lift and move boxes (up to 35 pounds)
Must be able to function with minimal supervision
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
Professional communication skills
Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
Experience with office productivity tools including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Strong ability to multi-task
Maintain clean/safe work environment
Be flexible in managing other assignments as they come up
