LHH is partnering with a national bank on an Accounting Analysis & Reporting Manager search for their Pasadena, CA location. In this role, you will be responsible for the compilation and analysis of reports and monitoring the end-to-end process of loan portfolio reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.

Responsibilities

Prepare loan related disclosures, and various schedules used in external financial reports 10-Q and 10-K filings, including financial statement footnote and Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A)

Prepare loan related disclosure reported in quarterly earnings release tables for quarterly 8-K filings

Preparation of various loan related banking regulatory reports, including the quarterly Call Report and FRY Report schedules

Prepare various loan related schedules for internal reporting requirements including the monthly Board package

Required

At least 5-7 years public accounting and/or public company financial reporting experience (if they are coming from Big 4, there is a bit more flex on industry as long as they have worked with a public company)

Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and concepts

Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills; including research skills regarding current and prospective updates to regulatory reporting

Must have stability in their career
