Sales Executive - Chronic IVIG
The Remedy Group is focused on helping patients access life-changing therapies, and they are seeking a Specialty Infusion Sales Executive to drive growth in Los Angeles. In this role, you will build partnerships with healthcare providers, execute sales strategies, and ensure a seamless patient experience through collaboration with clinical and operational teams.
Responsibilities
Lead territory growth by developing new referral sources and nurturing strong provider relationships
Execute sales strategies that align with company goals and patient-first values
Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and pharmacy teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Educate providers and staff on specialty infusion therapies and service offerings
Identify and resolve customer needs with urgency, professionalism, and care
Manage your territory like a business — setting goals, tracking activity, and consistently achieving outcomes that make a difference
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, ideally within infusion, specialty pharmacy, or home health
Strong understanding of medical terminology and the infusion care landscape
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and exceed expectations
Clean driving record and willingness to travel within your territory
Preferred
Proven success in infusion or specialty pharmacy sales
Familiarity with CPR+ or other healthcare CRM tools
Established relationships with referral sources across neurology, immunology, or rheumatology specialties
