Responsibilities
Providing leadership to a team of supervisors and hourly employee/partners who analyze and apply all receipts that do not post cleanly through the lockboxes
Timely and accurate posting practices while enhancing employee/partner engagement and development
Leading supervisory staff to train and manage Cash Application partners to perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
Driving performance standards to meet or exceed all requirements
Fostering an environment of engagement and teamwork to enable the department to operate as a cohesive group
Motivating the team to perform assigned tasks with a desire for optimization at all times
Driving continued improvements in processes and procedures
Identifying needed system enhancements
Communicating and executing departmental key business indicators that drive business results in a timely, clear and impactful manner
Building strong relationships with key partners (Group VP's, General Managers, Service Managers, Accountants, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with existing policies and procedures and providing input on necessary updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
3 years' supervisory or management experience
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Strong ambassadorial and negotiation skills
