This role requires managing IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring team members to enhance performance and security.

Responsibilities

Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize IT systems, including servers, networks, databases, and applications

Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues

Guide other IT staff, lead small-scale projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Implement and recommend solutions that enhance system performance, improve security, and elevate user experience

Mentor and support less experienced IT team members

Oversee IT initiatives, such as system upgrades, rollouts, or migrations

Serve as a senior escalation point for advanced technical challenges

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external service providers

Manage and maintain network infrastructure; lead network-focused initiatives

Secure systems and data; lead security audits and incident response efforts

Administer and optimize cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure); manage migrations and integrations
