Responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of daily reports and delegate them out to the team on a daily basis
Monitor, sort, and prioritize department inboxes, for distribution and including research related to disbursement
As a backup during staffing shortage – assist in processing loan agreements accurately and within required timelines
Verify insurance policies through communication with insurance markets
Track assigned task and follow up to ensure timely completion
Support management with special reporting and projects as needed
Perform all responsibilities to internal and external customers while providing high quality, outstanding customer service
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
Prior experience in administrative, customer service, operations, banking, or finance is a plus but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
