Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Integration System and Workday Studio
Build and enhance custom applications using Workday Extend to support workforce development and workforce management use cases
Develop and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems
Partner with product, functional, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security controls, and compliance requirements
Support testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting activities
Contribute to documentation, technical standards, and best practices within the Enterprise Technology Framework

Required

5+ years of experience in Workday development or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education
Hands-on experience with Workday Integration System
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio (XSLT, XML, APIs, web services)
Hands-on experience with Workday Extend application development
Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures
Experience working in enterprise or large-scale technology environments
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and product teams

Preferred

Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Advanced Reports
Exposure to workforce development, talent, or workforce management domains
Experience supporting enterprise frameworks, governance models, or platform modernization initiatives
Agile or product-based development experience
