Ensuring quality vehicles are built within the department and non-conformance is followed up on
Employees time is completed daily for payroll
Throughput efficiencies and measured and improved upon daily
Manage cost through scrap reduction initiatives
Problem solving of issues within the department
People management and issue resolution between employees and quick grievance resolution
Qualification
Required
