Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s M365 platform
Demonstrated experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s cloud environment
Demonstrated experience on M365 online platform and suite of services such as Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 Graph API uses
Demonstrated experience with implementing ITIL standards and processes in a large, highly available, dynamic data center operation
Demonstrated experience translating between business requirements and technical implementation
Demonstrated experience with systems engineering in the context of a large, complex infrastructure
Work experience in a managed services IT environment is preferred

Demonstrated experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft's M365 platform
Demonstrated experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft's cloud environment
Demonstrated experience on M365 online platform and suite of services such as Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 Graph API uses
Demonstrated experience with implementing ITIL standards and processes in a large, highly available, dynamic data center operation
Demonstrated experience translating between business requirements and technical implementation
Demonstrated experience with systems engineering in the context of a large, complex infrastructure
ITIL v4 Foundation
Bachelor of Science in Computer science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
5+ years of demonstrable experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft's cloud environment
2+ years of demonstrable experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft's M365 platform
Proficient in PowerShell automation and M365 security features
Skilled in configuring DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender for M365
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills
Total comfort with unknown variables and ad-hoc changes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly, and concisely present complicated computer concepts to end-users with differing skill levels
Strong ability to balance multiple priorities in a high demand environment
U.S. Citizenship and background investigation is required; you must have a current clean financial background
Successful candidate must possess and be able to demonstrate technical skills and attitude for success, dedication and commitment
Preferred
Work experience in a managed services IT environment is preferred
