Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy LLM-driven applications using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
Build and optimize agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration frameworks, tool-calling, memory management, and workflow automation
Implement and fine-tune LLMs using OpenAI APIs and other open-source or commercial foundation models
Develop prompt engineering strategies for accuracy, reliability, and scalability across multiple use cases
Design and manage Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) for semantic search, RAG pipelines, and contextual retrieval
Build and deploy NLP pipelines for text classification, summarization, entity extraction, and conversational AI
Develop ML graph visualizations to represent model flows, agent interactions, knowledge graphs, and decision paths
Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and cost optimization in production environments
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices, architecture standards, and reusable frameworks
Qualification
Required
Deep hands-on development experience in building, scaling, and deploying LLM-powered and agentic AI systems
Strong expertise in Python
Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with OpenAI-based solutions
Knowledge of Vector Databases
Experience in Prompt Engineering
Expertise in NLP
Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks
