Complete BGCPBC full onboarding process
Complete New World of Work high school curriculum
Undergo training at assigned Club to learn to specific various job assignments, gaining hands-on experience and workforce competencies
Attend Club Staff trainings
If a Club member, participate in Career Bound programming and other teen programs such as Keystone Club and Youth of the Year
Enforce Boys & Girls Club Rules and safety protocols
Set a good example for members
Be a good listener to staff, volunteers, and members
Ensure members obey safety rules
Ensure work hours are tracked by using Club timekeeping system
Maintain and manage a safe environment
Qualification
Required
Be 18 years of age or older. Preference will be given to regularly attending members of BGCPBC (aged 18 or older) or recent alumni
Possess an interest in youth development, social service and /or education careers
Ability to organize & follow lesson plans and directives
Commitment to upholding all BGCPBC safety protocols
Complete BGCPBC full onboarding process
