Responsibilities
Test and diagnostics of servers and components
Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers
Troubleshoots technical issues and complete applicable documentation
Use of tools and test equipment of various types, to diagnose issues servers
Disassembles and/or reassembles units according to the applicable work instructions
Orders correct parts using the proper procedures
Tests units according to work instructions and process flows
Responsible for inspecting products to ensure it is labeled correctly
Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately
Document and communicate repair issues to engineering
Data Collection and analysis for use in problem solving an continuous improvement
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Six (6) months to one (1) year technical repair experience in a related field required
Six (6) months to one (1) year experience in debugging and testing of electro mechanical assemblies required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
A Plus Certification a plus
