Beacon Hill is a growing $20M organization in Mount Laurel, NJ seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join their team. The role involves managing the full Accounts Payable process, processing invoices, and supporting month-end close activities.

Manage and own the full Accounts Payable process

Process invoices, payments, and vendor inquiries

Perform AP-related general ledger reconciliations

Support month-end close activities

Utilize Sage Intacct on a daily basis

Assist with ad hoc accounting projects as needed

Qualification

Required

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or AP Accounting

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage the full AP cycle

Available to work on-site in Mount Laurel, NJ

Preferred
