Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards

Qualification

Required

Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, e-filing/mailing, and general office tasks
Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards
Basic knowledge of civil litigation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
Prior law firm experience
