The role involves participating in the implementation of a Representative Payee System, learning the cloud-based platform, and conducting extensive testing and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities
Learning the selected cloud based platform functions to a superuser level
Populating data in the system and performing reconciliation of records from the legacy system to the cloud based solution
Conducting extensive tests and tracking results during UAT
Other general project tasks will be assigned to the resource as a project team member according to DDDS fiscal unit needs specific to the project
Qualification
Required
Experience in business analysis
Ability to learn cloud-based platform functions to a superuser level
Knowledge of basic business processes specific to fiscal units
Experience in data population and reconciliation of records
Ability to conduct extensive tests and track results during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ability to work as part of a project team
Strong communication skills
