Responsibilities
Complete the reconciliation of the bank accounts in a timely manner throughout the month and at month end
Deal effectively with queries from external and internal clients and resolve queries in a timely, professional manner, escalating issues where necessary
Responsible for posting bank receipts in a timely manner
Investigate and reply to cash related queries raised by the Finance or other departments
Assist in cash flow management through collection of outstanding monies and arrangement of related payments
Qualification
Required
2+ years of bank reconciliation experience
Strong Excel knowledge
Great communication skills
Experience in bank reconciliations
Ability to work with MS Excel
Preferred
Open to learn about Section 8
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
