Human Resources Coordinator

Brad Hall Companies is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support their HR group in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The role involves managing HR administration tasks, payroll preparation, talent acquisition, and office administration to ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and manage HR documents such as offer letters, disciplinary forms, and benefits materials
Assist with HR reporting, audits, analytics, and compliance tasks
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
Ensure all unemployment claims are reported and filed in a timely manner
Keep employee data current and consistent within our HRIS
Handle all general tasks regarding HRIS, benefits, payroll, etc
Support onboarding efforts such as employee file creation, scheduling drug tests, completion of i-9 documentation, etc
Support offboarding activities such as exit documentation, system deactivation, gathering company property, I.T. tickets, HRIS forms etc
Support HR team with events, activities, and meetings
Manage all reminders for performance reviews, assessments, and manager programs
Schedule all travel for employees or candidates as needed
Support the training and development initiatives
Manage all inputs prior to payroll being able to process. Some of those include punch change requests, time off requests, and any missing punches on time sheets
Communicate with managers prior to payroll to ensure timeliness and accuracy
Ensure all employee changes have been approved and submitted before the payroll deadline via our HRIS
Manage the job board and ensure appropriate measures are taken to find applicants
Ensure all job descriptions are updated as needed prior to posting
Work with hiring managers as needed to understand the role prior to updating job descriptions and job posting
Call applicants, Coordinate schedules, and set up job interviews
Create position and input data within HRIS
Ensure the breakroom has proper supplies for employees to eat
Work with Pepsi and Coca-Cola reps regarding our soda supply
Order and manage the necessities for both offices in Idaho Falls
