Responsibilities

Receive broad guidance from senior-level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and general parameters for execution. Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution. Review work produced by staff for quality assurance
Serve as liaison to Human Resources, Finance and Marketing Departments
Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and others, as assigned
In coordination with corporate accounting department, support office/business unit financial objectives through review and tracking of vendor and/or client invoices to ensure timely processing and payment. May assist in requesting or preparing reports for office/business unit leadership
Plan, direct and coordinate administrative services for the office including facilities management, office equipment, mail distribution system, and phone system
Oversee the maintenance of all office equipment in branch facility so functionality is always maintained
Initiate, negotiate, and establish relationships with property management and vendors who service the building and equipment
Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally
Organize and maintain an office filing system. Update mailing lists and contact databases
Serve as liaison to Human Resources Department for people and paperwork processes
Serve as liaison to Finance Department for certain accounting processes
Serve as liaison to Marketing Department for certain paperwork processes
Manage administrative support staff

Required

High school diploma or equivalent GED required
Five or more (5+) years of administrative services experience with management responsibility
Satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company and a current, valid State driver's license

Preferred

Associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred
Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred
